The terms below are the agreement between you and CLEAR BLUE WATER TECH, LLC, operator of purecb.shop. Read them before ordering — using the store means you accept them.

Accepting the Terms Visiting purecb.shop or purchasing from purecb puts these terms in force. If any part of them doesn't suit you, please don't use the store.

Products Some items sell online-only in limited quantities under our Return and Refund Policy. Colors and images are represented as faithfully as screens allow; your display may differ slightly. We may discontinue products or limit quantities at any time, without notice.
Prices, Taxes, and Free Shipping Prices show in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Customers are never billed for sales tax, VAT, or customs duties — purecb carries those costs entirely. Payment is taken when your order is confirmed. Orders of $30.00 or more ship free; smaller orders pay a flat fee displayed clearly at checkout. Pricing mistakes mean the order is cancelled and refunded in full.
Typos and Errors Text, price, or availability errors occasionally slip through. We may correct them and refresh information at any time without notice.
Outside Sites, Data, and Content
Third-Party Links Links to other websites appear occasionally. Those sites run under their own terms and privacy rules, and purecb isn't responsible for them — check their policies before engaging.

For any order-related claim, total liability equals the amount you paid for that order.
Defending Us If your breach of these terms or infringement of third-party rights produces claims, you'll indemnify purecb, CLEAR BLUE WATER TECH, LLC, its legal representative James Melnicoff, and all affiliates, employees, and partners, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
Standard Clauses
Severability A provision found unlawful, void, or unenforceable drops out; the remainder stays in force.
Termination Breaching these terms can end your access; obligations meant to survive termination do.
Governing Law Florida law, United States, applies to these terms and any dispute from the store, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Amendments Revised terms take effect when posted here. Continued use of the store afterward counts as acceptance.
