Order Handling Time
After payment is confirmed, we prepare your order and hand it to the carrier within 2-3 business days. Weekend and U.S. public holiday orders leave the next business day, and a dispatch confirmation email arrives once your parcel is on the move.
Delivery Window
Standard transit takes roughly 20-45 days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier's schedule. Most U.S. and U.K. customers receive their orders well within that range. If seasonal congestion slows a parcel, we'll tell you first — no guessing required.
Shipping Charges and Taxes
Free Shipping Threshold
- $30.00 or more: shipping costs you nothing;
- Under $30.00: a flat fee, shown clearly at checkout before payment.
No Taxes, No Duties Sales tax, VAT, and customs duties never reach purecb customers — we absorb them all, so your checkout total is your complete total.
Where We Ship
Deliveries currently cover the United States and the United Kingdom. P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses aren't supported at this time.
Getting Tracking Info
Curious where your parcel is? Email with your order number, and we'll reply with your tracking number and the carrier's link — plus updates whenever you check in.
Lost Packages Resolution
A parcel stalled in transit or marked lost by the carrier becomes our job to fix. Contact ; after a quick verification, we either reship free of charge or refund you completely — you always end up with your product, your money, or both.
Address Responsibility
One careful look at your delivery address before checkout prevents most trouble. Parcels to mistyped addresses aren't our responsibility, but if one comes back to us, we'll resend happily once you confirm the corrected address.
Split Deliveries
Multi-item orders sometimes ship as separate parcels on different days, at no extra cost to you. Each parcel carries its own tracking number, yours on request.
