Every purecb order comes with a clear, no-games guarantee. If your purchase doesn't work out, the terms below explain exactly how we make it right.
Our 30-Day Promise to You
From the moment your parcel is delivered, you have 30 calendar days to change your mind — and changing it costs nothing. Returns at purecb are free from end to end: no restocking fee, no return postage, no hidden catch.
What Counts as Returnable
All of these must be true:
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed;
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories are still with it;
- You can show your order number or another proof of purchase.
What We Can't Take Back
A small set of items is final sale for safety and hygiene reasons:
- Gift cards;
- Products marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance" when you paid;
- Custom or personalized orders;
- Goods damaged after delivery by misuse.
Four Steps to Your Refund
- Send one email. Contact with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Get your label. Within 24-48 hours, we confirm eligibility and reply with prepaid return instructions.
- Ship the parcel. Pack the item securely and leave it with the carrier.
- Refund clock starts. Processing begins the instant the carrier scans your package — there's no wait for it to arrive at our warehouse.
One Request Kindly wait for our confirmation before shipping anything. Returns sent without arrangement can't be matched to your order and might not qualify for a refund.
When the Money Arrives
Refund Speed Approved refunds return to your original payment method. Most customers see the funds within 3-7 business days; a few banks need a day or two extra.
You Never Pay Taxes Sales tax, VAT, and customs duties are never charged to purecb customers — not at purchase, not on returns, not on refunds. Those costs belong to us.
Refund Missing in Action? If 7 business days pass with no credit:
- Review your card or bank statement once more;
- Ask your bank if the credit is pending;
- Still nothing? Email and we'll track it down.
Returns Aren't the Only Answer
Swap It For a different size or color, a new order plus a return is quickest — or ask for a direct exchange, arranged free after your return is approved.
Damaged or Incorrect? Send a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery, then pick your remedy: free replacement or full refund. Most of the time, nothing needs shipping back.
Cancel Before It Ships Full refund on any cancellation made before the carrier takes the parcel. Already shipped? The 30-day return above has you covered.
